BOSSE / SCENTED GUAREA - Latin: Guarera Cedrata
Uses : Furniture, joinery, panelling, boat building, decorate veneers, turnery and flooring
Qualities: Related to the Mahoganies but variable in grain this timber has a Cedar-like scent when fresh which may last for some time.
Pinkish/brown to medium brown to start it becomes a more light to medium golden brown upon light exposure. Weight of dried stock averages at about 600kg/m3.
